LGBTQ Advocacy Day - Student Registration

Equality California is inviting high school and college students from across the state to join us and our partner LGBTQ, civil rights, and healthcare organizations for LGBTQ Advocacy Day 2018 in the State Capitol on May 21, 2018. Learn about the legsilative process and lend your voice to help pass critical civil rights and social justice legislation!

Registration for current high school and college students is free and includes lunch, advocacy day training, and legislative office visits. 

When: Monday, May 21, 2018
Time: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Where: California State Capitol, Sacramento, CA

Participants will be expected to find transportation to and from Sacramento on Monday, May 21. Please arrive no later than 9:00am.

Travel Grant Information:
Equality California is committed to engaging diverse communities across California. Participants can apply for a limited number of roundtrip travel grants for the day here. It is crucial that we make our voices heard in Sacramento so California can continue to lead the way on LGBT civil rights and protections.
